Service Advisor Outstanding
Service advisor (Andrew Steadman) called me by name when he first saw me. I was treated as a best friend not only for the greeting but all during the service being provided. Total awareness of what was happening and discussion of things to look out for that were not a problem now but may be before my next 15000 miles. Very knowledgeable about his products and honest and fair during my visit. Car looked new when finished even with 73,000+ miles.
