Spoke with Haim. He said this business charged him $59 for the diagnostic and told him it would cost him $750 to repair his starter. The person at the business told him he had to get a special part from Japan is why the price is so high. He checked 3 other businesses and they were only charging $200 for the repair. He would not recommend this business because of the reasons stated.

Haim, again I am sorry that we were unable to complete the repair of your vehicle due to the cost.
I know we did discuss 2 options of starters. The Denso starter is more expensive. I think there may have been some confusion about the part coming from Japan. The alternative starter is considerably less, and we did quote both options. The total cost of $700.00 included the battery which we were told would be covered under a warranty. We then did quote $466.65 for the rebuilt starter installed.
