Albert said the service was good, but he was upset when he got his vehicle back because there were oil stains on the inner console and on the driver's side.

Albert I want to apologize for the oil marks you noted on the inside of your car. Tim did inform me that you brought this to his immediate attention when you picked up your car and that he did clean it up.
I can assure you this will never happen again.
We did discuss this after with the technician and believe he was unaware of possible oil on his forearm.
Again thank you for bringing this to our attention.
