Teresa said she took her vehicle in for the check engine light. Rick and James are awesome. They did not drive it around and it turned out there were a lot more problems. There were noises from the engine and the transmission. She took it to her dealership and they are currently working on her vehicle. If this business had found the problems, her vehicle would have been fixed by now.

"Great Repair & Maintenance for a Volvo"
Rick's is a breath of fresh air compared to a dealership service department. They are courteous and admirably perform service and maintenance for my 10 year old Volvo. It runs almost as good as it did when new. My only complaint is that on my last service, they charged $55.00 labor to change a light bulb. This item was not estimated before I authorized the service and came as a surprise. I will continue to use Rick's, and learned a lesson to ask upfront the cost of every service item.

Mike said he called this business in the morning to ask a few questions about his vehicle and they got him in on the same day and solved the problem by the afternoon. The problem was complex and they had to order parts but they got his vehicle serviced and ready to go. They are very knowledgeable.

Mark said this business did a really good job. However, when he left his vehicle there the gas cap to his vehicle was taken off of his vehicle. He was baffled as to who would steal a gas cap or would even need one for that matter. There was the same exact vehicle parked next to his and he was not satisfied with the fact that he had to purchase a new gas cap for his vehicle along with one with a lock on it so no one could put in sugar or even sabotage his vehicle in anyway.

Lacee said the technician found a way to get the cost down from $1,000 to $300. They forgot to do the oil change. For that type of savings, she does not mind that they forgot to do oil change. She had to return to this business to have it done.
