Nancy said the inspection was done very quickly. She was told there was something wrong. She took her vehicle to the dealer because it's still under warranty. They explained everything to her and she was surprised that they knew her name. She appreciates this facility being there for her and she will be back.

Susan said this business didn't have a great amount of communication. She had it arranged to pick up her vehicle on Saturday and no one was there for her to do that. Also, her key was not available to her. When customers call them, there is no internal communication. The only reason she goes there is because they are the only business that can work on her classic vehicle. They said their phone calls are forwarded to a secondary number when they aren't open, and that is not true.
