This post was created by customers son who became verbally abusive to the female owner so he was asked to leave the office. The customer overheated his engine 4 times. The customer knew he had damaged his motor but did not know how bad. RJ' s spent hours upon hours diagnosing this problem for free. The son was rude and abusive, not knowing the situation. The father (customer) even reported the son was out of line. RJ's gave an honest diagnoses and charged customer nothing.
