Spoke with Victoria. She said the vehicle took approximately one or two weeks longer than promised. They told her it was because they were behind on work. She was not completely satisfied with the quality of service work, because they left a few services unfinished. The business is aware of these issues. She would not recommend this business for the reasons already stated. In a past experience she told them the amount they were charged was outrageous and they were willing to work with her.

When Victoria came in, there was quite a lot of work ahead of her. We thought she seemed OK with waiting, if necessary. The work completed was on the outside of the rig and we did not notice a carpet issue on the inside. We made a follow up call today and apologized for the time it took and confirmed that the repair was done right. She will be in soon to have us fix the interior carpet issue and add some new work. She seemed very happy with the solution we have proposed.
