Alan stated that he took the vehicle in to also have the toilet gasket seat fixed but the business forgot to address that issue. Therefore, the gasket still leaks. If the business can't fix a problem right away, tell the customer rather than let the vehicle sit for several days. Tell them that its going to be several days before they can fix an issue with the vehicle.
