Larry said he was going to trade in his motorcycle and he was going to refinance. He said he changed his mind and wanted to keep his motorcycle. Marianne told him he couldn't do that because he had already signed the paper work. He said he took the vehicle home and something was wrong with the hitch on the trailer. It came loose and broke the window of the vehicle. He went back and Marianne told him someone would be right with him, but no one helped him for 45 minutes. He said the employees were standing around joking before Mr. Roberson stepped in. He was great and he took care of it. He said he hasn't received his $100 deductible yet, but he's sure Mr. Roberson will take care of it. He heard about this business from Pete at an RV show. He wouldn't recommend them because of the way he was treated by Marianne.
