Jennie Elaine said the business did good on everything. Her service advisor, Duane, is fantastic with people. The part was supposed to take two weeks to arrive, but ended up taking three weeks. The vehicle was still ready when promised even though there was a one week delay in the part. They called her and she brought the vehicle in for the part placement. When driving home, the vehicle had no power. For some reason, the business had taken it out and had not replaced it. The business took care of it and paid the fee that was charged at another business.
