Robin said she was not completely satisfied with the overall service experience due to the length of time it took to have the trailer released after the service was completed. The overall experience is based on it being difficult for the business to contact the manufacturer to get the warranty refund for the work done on the trailer. Communication with the service advisor could have been improved if he had been sent updates on the process with the manufacturer.
