Spoke with Julia. She said there a couple confusions in communication and she felt they could have been more up front, but otherwise it was good. The sales staff was very friendly. She had been asking financing a question that didn't get answered until the end, so that was frustrating, but she understood, and otherwise it was good. Julia didn't elaborate. She was looking for a specific vehicle and found it on-line. This business actually did pretty well and she didn't have any complaints. They really were a pleasure and they were very friendly.
