Spoke with Jaime's husband. He said his vehicle has not yet been completed. He and his wife showed up about two hours early for their appointment and this business did make an effort to start early but they still ended up waiting about five hours. The reason he was at this business is because when he purchased the vehicle last week the roof was leaking, the safety chains were too short, a couple of the locks were broken and the bracket that holds the propane line in place was broken. This business could serve him better by having better quality control and having someone go through a check list including checking under the vehicles before letting their customers go out the door with them.
