Jeff said that his overall experience was good but it wasn't like they were bending over backwards. He wasn't completely satisfied with the handling of the financing because they got what they wanted and he didn't get what he wanted. He wasn't completely satisfied with the delivery of his vehicle because there were a few things he mentioned that should have been looked over more carefully. He didn't elaborate on what he felt should have been inspected. They did agree to correct some of the major issues he had with the vehicle. Note customer did say yes to completely satisfied.
