Richard said everybody he dealt with was customer oriented, cooperative, provided ample time for a demonstration drive and negotiated the price with him. His salesperson, Jess, was great. He was completely satisfied with the handling of his paperwork. He mentioned he was looking for a full size convertible model and said he thought only Chrysler offered one. He was slightly disappointed that his salesman did not show him the vehicle he ended up purchasing. He was shown a Chrysler model and while leaving the lot saw the Toyota model purchased.
