"Bad service department experience "
Needless repair of seatbelt buckle due to airbag alert on dash. Cost me 470.00 for an unnecessary repair. With the airbag replacement my bill was over 1000.00!

Offered a car loaner to go t work while suv in shop 7 days. When ready to go pick up, I was told none were available. Don't offer a loaner if you cannot keep your promise.
