I am not sure if it was explained well our not during your write up but the reason for the charge on the tire rotation is because while we rotate tires we do a full brake inspection as well as rotating them. For future reference, when you are due for tires and get them replaced with us we do rotate those tires for free for the lifetime of those tires.
