James stated he had an overall good repair service, exception for one thing. The staff forgot to replace the plates back on the bumper. They did call, and they did find or place an order for the plates. He made arrangements for an appointment, to get the issue resolved. The staff was really nice handling the issue. It was just an inconvenience to have to go back to the business to get the issue resolved. The staff washed and vacuumed his vehicle. The staff did not really explain the process, however they did advise what was going to happen for his repair service. They only had his vehicle for about 36-48 hours. The inside of the business was nice, but the parking was awful. However, parking in Seattle is awful anywhere. The secretary was nice.
