Grims said that he would rate his overall experience with the shop a 2 because he felt they took an unreasonable amount of time do an inspection and an alignment. His vehicle was not ready when it was promised, it ended up being 2 days late but the business never said why. He would rate the business's explanation of the repair process a 7 because they did not do some of the repairs they had spoken about doing when he dropped the vehicle off. He rated the way he was kept adequately informed during the repair process a 1 because he did not receive a call from the business on any of the days his vehicle was there. For these reasons he rated the likeliness that he would recommend this business to a friend or family member a 4. There was no body or paint work performed on this vehicle.

Mr. Grims was called was called and asked to bring his car back in. We where unawhere of any work that we did not performed. When he arrived he was under the impression we did not do an alignment on his vehicle because his car was shaking slightly, we informed him we did do an alignment and asked if we could keep it for a day to pinpoint the problem. We found the issue was many worn to suspension parts and the vehicle would need some major maintenance to get the problem solved.
