Spoke with Nancy. She said the work was fine. The work took longer than promised. She brought her vehicle in on Tuesday and they told her she should have her vehicle back by Friday. She didn't get it until Wednesday of the next week. They were busy. She wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. She had to call to find out when her vehicle would be ready. They had to do some extra work and order parts. They didn't charge for the extra work. She had gone in to this business a couple of times to get a quote and there is a young woman at the front desk that was very friendly. When she went in again she called her by her name. She said she was impressed with her. She seemed very knowledgable about what she was doing. She is an asset to this business.
