Dale said they didn't replace the windshield because the person who was working on it quit. The vehicle was ready a day later than promised because the employee didn't document anything. He had to bring the vehicle back because a piece that was put back on was not painted. He was satisfied with the appearance of the personal, but the business is crowded and the parking is bad.
