Virginia said there was a communication gap between her and this business. She said she thought they were going to repair the front and rear of her vehicle. They only repaired the rear because that was covered by her insurance. She said she planned on paying for the front out-of-pocket, but she totally understood. She said hoped to utilize the rental vehicle that was available and not have to worry about transportation. Without that convenience she will probably not take her vehicle in to get the front end repair done. She said the paint looks beautiful. The body work looks good.
