Gavin said there was an odor in the vehicle when it was returned. He was not told how long the work would take to complete. He received a phone call out of the blue when the repair was completed. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, he only received a phone call when the work was done. The appearance of the business and personnel was fine. He will always recommend the business to others.
