Robert said he was not given a promised time, but they took longer than he expected. There was an issue with the trunk, so he had to return to this business. He was a little bit confused why the repair involved a new rain preventer in the trunk and why it wouldn't close right away. This business told him it was normal, but it didn't seem like it made much sense. When he returned to this business they were very nice and took good care of him. They only took about 30 minutes, they gave him a Starbucks gift card and a free car wash. Overall, it was a good experience.
