April said that Drew really cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to be helpful. She said it was a weird and convoluted process with a lot of back and forth between the business and the insurance company and she is not sure whose fault it was. In the end she only got 30 to 40 percent of what the insurance company quoted her as needing to be done because she did not have time.
