Steve said that when they replaced his bumper, it was refurbished. The quality of the work was poor since not only was it refurbished, it was also in a faulty condition. He was shocked that they would not replace it with a new bumper. He was told that it was Safeco's recommendation to get a cheaper one. He told them his bumper needed to be replaced anyway. However, when they replaced his bumper to a new one, the clips they used to hold the bumper were the same broken clips. The clips were not replaced since he was told that it was the best they could do. His vehicle was 2 days later than expected because they had to replace the refurbished bumper to a new one. They were receptive to the issue, when it came to the care and concern shown. Due to his recent experience, he would not be recommending them to anyone.

We apologized to Mr. Rybolt for the delay and the inconvenience. Due to the requirements of his insurance company, we used a refurbished bumper. We addressed his issue immediately, and within 2 days where able to replace his bumper. Mr.Rybolt left satisfied with the repairs and has no other concerns.
