Dale said this business did a really good job and the repair was well done but he was not provided with after care for the vehicle, specifically how long he should wait until he washes the vehicle. He is also concerned because the business disconnected the power in his Prius but since this experience, he has had some unspecified surprises and would like to return to have the vehicle inspected for a possible short in the battery system. He was unable to evaluate the paint job because he has not had the vehicle long enough to have the paint cure before deciding on complete satisfaction with the issue. He stated there was a strong smell of paint when he picked up the vehicle and assumed the business did not provide enough time for the paint to cure or fully dry. He was unsure what the business could have done to show more care and concern. He requested a return call from this business to discuss the vehicle aftercare and to schedule a time to return for inspection of the battery system.
