Kim said so far this business did a good job on her vehicle. However, she said she was not happy with the experience upon her first visit. After time, the employees were a lot nicer. There was a week delay in receiving her vehicle due to communication with the insurance company. Initially, she was told it would take seven or ten days but it took a total of three weeks. During this time, she was not informed of any changes and would have no knowledge if she did not follow up with them herself. After the repair was completed, she received a call from the facility to find out if she was interested in the windshield being replaced. She had no knowledge of needing additional work because they did not walk her through on the work performed. This was a part of the job that had been paid for.
