Marcia said she would have given the business a top rating if it did not take so long to get the information from the insurance company. It took 48 hours and that may have been the insurance companies fault. They blamed the business but the business indicated it was the insurance company that caused the delay. The repairs were with the exhaust system and it is working fine but there was no body work or paint work performed. After getting the information from the insurance company she dropped the vehicle off in the morning and they told her it would be ready that afternoon. They then called and told her it would not be ready until the next day. That did not bother her and as far as she can tell she is completely satisfied with the work performed.
