Spoke with Susanna. She said Drew really helped her with the problems she was having with the insurance company. He told her exactly what she needed to do in order to move the insurance company forward because they were the ones slowing things down. He was very clear and explained exactly what they were doing so that when her vehicle was ready she knew. He vehicle was not ready when promised due to the insurance company. This business was not at fault for the delay. They worked with her as well because she was not able to pick up her vehicle on the day it was ready so they waited an additional day for her. The facility itself was a little crowded and seemed really small.
