Caren said she was told she would be contacted at certain times to be given updates on the repair but this was not always followed through with. At one time she was told the parts were in to repair the vehicle on a Monday, but when she called back the following Wednesday she was told the parts had just arrived. There was no paint work completed on the vehicle. She was no table to comment on the quality of the body work based on the work being done on the under body of the vehicle. There was no promise time given for the vehicle. Caren said during one conversation regarding the delay of the vehicle she was told there were other vehicles ahead of hers. When she told them that she was paying for the rental vehicle the repair was then put on a fast tract.
