Becky said she rated her overall experience with the business a 3 instead of a 5 because her vehicle has to be repainted because they did a lousy job. She does not know whether they just subbed it out or were maybe training someone. She rated the quality of the paint work a 3 instead of a 10 because of the reasons already stated. She rated the business's explanation of the repair process a 7 instead of a 10 because she was told what had to be done but it was pretty obvious and there was an explanation but the business did not elaborate to a great extent. The business has been very good in correcting the problem with no hesitations.
