Kay said this business listened to her requests for freebies. An example being she told them exactly how she wanted her vehicle cleaned. They did everything free on her list, which they didn't have to do. She explained the following is something no one at this business ever heard of. A plastic bag in the back of her vehicle had disintegrated, and tiny pieces of plastic were all over her vehicle. She didn't have a shop-vac, and couldn't get the pieces up. Kay stated this business got all of the particles of plastic up. She got her vehicle back a day early, which you can't beat. Kay said she thinks Julie is the woman who helped her with everything, and she was excellent, adding she was delighted with her. This business couldn't keep her informed during the repair process, because she called them all the time to find out if parts came in, and asked which parts came in. The explanation of her service was given to her in great detail. Kay remarked this business worked hard for her. They also worked hard for the insurance, and succeeded in making both of them happy, which isn't easy to do.
