Ted said the business did not have the correct paint color available for the trim, so he had to make a second trip to have the trim installed. He has not had a chance to inspect the body work they performed. His vehicle was ready about 2 weeks later than promised because he had to come back for the trim and he went out of town for a week. He was not contacted during the repair.
