Craig said he was completely satisfied with everything regarding his repair service. He doesn't have any complaints regarding the quality of the work, the representatives performed a great job. However, the business could serve him better with 1 minor issue. He is seriously very sensitive to perfumes and cleaning solvents, and he would appreciate the business by having the representatives giving him the option of whether or not to clean the inside of his vehicle. As a result of his allergy, he would have declined the interior cleaning service, because the cleaning solvents were very strong smelling. It took several days to air out his vehicle. Craig stated it was rough, the scent gave him headaches, and his sinuses were going crazy. He definitely had to pay a price to have it spotless. The level of customer service he received by the representatives was exemplary. He certainly would recommend the business for repair services, and it is the only repair service he has used in recent years.
