Michael stated there are gaps between the bumper and the body that were bigger than originally what was there. There wasn't a promised time given for the vehicle to be ready. Michael said the business told him they would notify him every 2 days about the status of his vehicle but they didn't. They contacted him about every 4 days on the status of his vehicle. There wasn't any explanation given to him because he picked up the vehicle at the end of the day and no one was there. Michael wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process because of the above mentioned reason.
