Kelly said the customer service at this business was good, but there were a couple of things wrong with her vehicle when she got it back. She has not had the time, but she plans on returning to this facility. The representatives told her she could come back because there was a ding on the bumper. She said something happened with her tires and they are messed up because the representatives rotated them and she did not understand why they did so.
