Marta said they overlooked something. She chose not to elaborate on it. She had a difficult time understanding why the appraiser missed a spot to repair on her vehicle. She took the vehicle back and the appraiser told her he did not know she wanted him to check everything on her vehicle. She assumed that was their job. They were polite and friendly.
