Marena said when her vehicle was returned to her it was not fixed correctly and there was a part that had not been replaced, which they did not tell her about. When she returned with her vehicle she was told nothing was wrong. She said she had her father do some further investigation and he noticed there was an issue with the wiring harness and a bracket. When she notified them they scheduled an appointment and told her they would order the part. When she showed up for her appointment they hadn't ordered the part yet. She said she eventually had to contact them to find out that they received the part. She had to return to this business about five or six times to get the work done right. The very first time her vehicle was returned to her it was clean, but by the time it was completely repaired it was filthy. There were hand and foot prints all over her vehicle. Her vehicle was not ready when promised for the above reasons. She said she felt she was treated rather poorly, she received very little customer service and she was blamed for their mistakes. She received no explanation about the repairs and she was not kept informed during the process at all. She said she was less than impressed with their employee's interaction with their customers. They were not professional. She would not recommended this business because she was very unhappy and her experience was very frustrating on multiple occasions.
