Krista said she felt the business did an excellent job communicating about the timing of the repair. She said they were great at managing her expectations with the cost. She mentioned there was a delay due to the weather and waiting for a part to be delivered. The communication during this time was good. She said Christian gave her good counsel as to what was needed and why. She said she did not feel as if she was being taken advantage of. She said the business was professional and she was treated fair.
