Matthew said they ignored a scratch he pointed out. He disappointed with the cleanliness of the vehicle because smudges were left on the vehicle and he had to point out to the business areas of the vehicle they failed to clean. The business didn't provide Matthew with the reason that caused the 3 day delay. The business should consider using text messaging to properly update their customers, so he didn't rate higher for the care and concern shown to him. According to Matthew, he didn't receive an explanation of the repair process. He received absolutely no communication during the repair process and they handled him poorly. Due to this experience he would not recommend this business and would rate a zero if he could.
