a reasonable rate. Having a ride from and back to the shop is very helpful. I have never been disappointed after more than 20 years of having my cars worked on there. Once a service manager waited one half hour after closing time to make sure I arrived there safely when I had to be towed in for repairs (without my asking him to wait). I don't trust anyone else to work on my cars. I can't say that about the dealer who sold me the cars I buy.
