Connie said the last 2 times she has used this business it has not been a good experience. In one instance, they made an appointment during a holiday weekend and when she arrived for the appointment, they were closed. In the second instance, they had her vehicle for 2 days and still couldn't figure why the air conditioner did not work, but charged her $60 anyway.

Peter said Bob was awesome and went above and beyond to identify the problem with the vehicle right on the spot. Bob was even willing to stay late to get this vehicle done. The prices were reasonable.
