Customer service and honesty
It is always a pleasure to do business with the employees at Scott's - especially Kevin. They are friendly, courteous and very helpful. Face it, no one likes to spend money on auto repairs, but at least at Scott's you can be assured that the work is done properly, the cost is explained in detail, and the work is done in a timely manner. They go above and beyond to meet their customers needs.
