Regan said the business did work they were not asked to do. They charged him to have his vehicle detailed but he never asked for it to be detailed.

I apologize if there was any misunderstand on our part on your charge for the car wash. I have no problem refunding you on the car wash. We have a company policy that we do not do any work on customer’s cars without approval.
