Gina Rocks at Scott's
Took our 2000 Ford Expedition in for Service. I can't say enough about Gina's response, explanations, reminders, and overall Service. I'm 'the wife' who ends up handling our vehicles service many times since my husband travels. He's hard to track down while traveling. Gina was patient, and explained needs to me, so I could relay to our husband to make a decision. We trust them, and will definitely use again.
