Scotts is the only company that I take all Three of my cars to. What I like is that the techs look at the car as a "whole" not just the problem it was brought in for. As an example, I brought my car in for a new starter and when Blaine called me he said "hey did you notice you where missing a lug nut on Two of your tires?" I said "No, but thank you for looking and seeing that". That kind of attention to detail is sorely missing from most business
