Competence and courteous service,
Mike, Lonnie, Diane, and all: SP Auto has been my ONLY auto service for over 25 years 'tho I dabbled with Wilkens for awhile after buying the Buick new fm them in 04. I have always gotten very good, capable, courteous service. My only problem has been being "of modest means" (poor) in an affluent heighborhood. I've always found you to be pricey BUT SO ISN'T RUSS DWYER THE PLUMBER. Now, I THINK my screen labor is cheap, but there's sometimes those who complain. Maybe an occasional discount would help but YOU could probably make the case that I should move to a poorer neighborhood. I will continue to be your customer as long as you let me and will pay the tab even if I hafta "take the beer bottles back for deposit" . Youse guys are too young to understand that one. I would not only recommend you to a friend, I would recommend you to an enemy! John T
