Thank you for your feedback, Here at Severna Park Automotive we strive to deliver the best Tires and Service in the industry. As you know communication is paramount. We apologize if we did not make it clear that the original time promise was for the initial inspection of your Air Conditioning System. Since the leak detecting dye was added prior (last year) we first attempted to locate the leak. Because no leak was found we then had to recharge the system again and then try to locate the leak once more. Again we should have made that clear and will strive to do so in the future.
