David said the experience was fantastic. He added the vehicle was delayed 1-2 days because there was an issue with the shipping of the hood. According to David, he hasn't had a repair in so many years, so if the amount quoted in the estimate is the going price these days, he stated he guessed he is satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared the estimate.
